As we mentioned in previous articles during the last stage of the menstrual cycle normally a layer of endometriosis lining in the inside of the uterus is expelled, known as menstruation blood but instead some of the endometriosis tissues growing somewhere in the body causing endometriosis. Endometriosis also reacts to hormonal signals of the monthly menstrual cycle by building up tissue, breaking it, and eliminating it through the menstrual period. In this article, we will discuss types of conventional treatment for infertility ?

I. Definition
Conventional treatment for endometrial infertility include operation if endometrial adhesion has been found to blockage of the fallopian tubes or some medication that induce the chance of fertility medication. II. Types of conventional treatments
a) Surgery
Surgery is required if diagnosis found that Fallopian tubes are being blocked and sperms can not enter the tubes to fertilize the egg.

b) Fertility medications
In case of endometriosis interfere with production of the egg, fertility medication may be required for production of many eggs, resulting in increasing the chance of conception.

c) In vitro fertilisation (IVF)
In IVF , sperm is introduced to the egg outside of women body, after fertilization, it will be implanted back to the woman's uterus.

d) Intrauterine insemination (IUI)
IUI is a relatively simple infertility treatment. It places some selected sperms directly into the uterus.

e) Gamet Intrafallopian transfer (GIFT)
If the endometriosis interferes with the with function of the ovary, GIFT is helpful to assist reproductive treatment by placing the egg and sperm cells into one of the fallopian tubes.

f) Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)
For the same reason above, ICSI technologies inject one sperm cell directly into an egg, with a small, specialized needle.
